By accessing, browsing, and completing commercial transactions through our digital platforms (website, official direct customer service channels, and boutique stores), the user or customer expressly, fully, and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding.

General Terms & Legal Capacity
Transactions completed on this site are governed by Peruvian legal regulations. To make a purchase, the user declares to be at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Visiting or browsing the site does not create any contractual obligation until the brand issues a purchase order confirmation.

User Registration & Account Security
Users may register an account to optimize their shopping experience, committing to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information. It is the customer's sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. ALE FERNÁNDEZ shall not be held liable for any unauthorized account use resulting from user negligence.

Product Availability, Pricing & Promotional Validity
Prices displayed on the portal are in Peruvian Soles (S/) and include Value Added Tax (IGV), unless explicitly stated otherwise. ALE FERNÁNDEZ reserves the right to modify inventory levels, prices, product specifications, and promotions without prior notice. In the unexpected event of an obvious and irremediable typographical or pricing error (e.g., S/ 0.00 or prices clearly disproportionate to the garment), the brand will contact the customer and reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) processed through high-security encrypted payment gateways, as well as direct bank transfers and digital wallets (Yape / Plin). For card transactions, the brand reserves the right to verify the cardholder's identity prior to dispatching the order to prevent fraudulent transactions.

All garment designs, patternmaking, photography, registered trademarks, logos, copy, visual material, and content displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of ALE FERNÁNDEZ. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
