Commitment to Quality Materials and Craftsmanship
Every garment sold under the ALE FERNÁNDEZ label undergoes rigorous quality controls for stitching, finishes, fit, and raw materials (high-end fibers, fine textiles, and select materials). We are committed to delivering flawless garments that meet the highest standards of national and international fashion.

Factory Warranty
All our garments come with a ninety (90) calendar day Legal Quality Warranty covering any inherent manufacturing defects (factory seam unravelling, zipper failures, abnormal shrinkage). The warranty will be processed following a technical evaluation in our workshop. The warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear, misuse, washing contrary to care label instructions, or third-party alterations.

Our customer support team is trained to provide personalized, empathetic, and effective service. Any questions, requests for styling advice, or operational inquiries sent to our platforms will be addressed within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours.
