Coverage and Estimated Delivery Times
- Arequipa: Estimated delivery within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. We offer Same-Day Express Delivery, subject to coverage and purchase cutoff time.
- Provincias & Nationwide: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days via our authorized strategic logistics partners (Olva Courier, Shalom, among others).
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 30 business days, subject to courier service quotation (DHL/FedEx) and customer location. Import taxes and destination duties are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient's address and package weight/volume. ALE FERNÁNDEZ will offer Free Shipping promotions on purchases exceeding a minimum pre-established amount on the website.

Reception and Inspection Protocol
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the parcel delivered by the courier is properly sealed and shows no signs of external damage or tampering. Upon receiving the product, the recipient or authorized person must sign the delivery receipt or dispatch note. In case of an open or damaged package, the customer should refuse delivery and immediately notify customer support.
